Participating Municipalities
The Rio Doce Watershed is located in southeastern Brazil, with 86% belonging to Minas Gerais and 14% belonging to a Espírito Santo. The Water Resources Planning and Management Units (UPGRHs) of Minas Gerais correspond to six sub-basins, which are represented by the Hydrographic Basin Committees (CBHs), namely: Rio Piranga (DO1), Piracicaba River (DO2), Santo Antônio River (DO3), Suaçuí River (DO4), Caratinga River (DO5), Manhuaçu River (DO6).
The municipalities that are part of the Mobiliza Todos pela Água Program are included in at least one of the six sub-basins.
