Pesticides
Pesticides are chemical products that alter the composition of flora and fauna in order to prevent diseases, insects or weeds from harming crops.
So far, it seems like a good solution: a product that prevents damage to crops.
The great controversy, however, in relation to pesticides is due to the harmful effects of their use, represented by diseases,
contaminations and of course, the still unknown consequences that can be caused by them.

According to ANVISA, a third of the foods consumed daily by us Brazilians are contaminated and among these contaminated foods, 28% have components
not authorized or in an amount that exceeds the authorized limit.
Brazil has a law that regulates the use of pesticides, called Lei de
Pesticides No. 7,802/1989. This law is considered quite permissive compared to laws in other countries,
such as the European Union, for example. This means that, here, the use of these products is much greater and freer than in European countries.
